MEMBERSHIP

  • How can I become a member?

    Simply go to the "Become a Member/Log in" section on our website (top right corner) and fill out the membership form to become a member. It is free of charge, and you can instantly start shopping on a totally secure platform.

  • Why become a member?

    You need to be a member in order to be able to place orders and receive information about the status of your orders, or to benefit from our latest campaigns and advantages offered exclusively for you.

  • Can non-members shop?

    You don't need to be a member to visit our www.yargici.com address, however you need to be a member to be able to start shopping.

  • How can I update my membership information?

    Once you enter the website using your login name and password, you can update your membership information through the "My Account" section.

  • I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

    Click on the "Forgot Password" link in the member's login page and enter your e-mail address you used to register in the relevant field. You can easily set a new password by clicking the link in the e-mail we send to you for password change.

PLACING ORDERS

  • Is the Online Payment function of your website secure?

    You can shop in the Yargıcı Online Shop securely using your credit and ATM/debit card. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) means that nobody else will see or have access to your credit card number. Once you have entered your credit card number, the encrypted information of your card is sent to your bank. Third parties are strictly prevented from viewing or accessing your information, including ourselves. Your card details are handled with confidentiality between you and your bank.

  • How can I make a payment?

    You can use your credit or bank card to make payments.

  • Which bank's card do I need to have to be able to make payments in monthly installments?

    If you are a card holder of Garanti, Akbank or Yapıkredi, we offer you the chance to make payments in two (2) monthly installments when using our Online Shop, for other cards you can make a full payment.

  • How do I know that my order went through?

    Once your order is approved, we will send to your registered e-mail address a confirmation e-mail. Besides, once you log in as a member, go to "My Account" section on our Online Shop to track the details of your order.

  • Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?

    No, you cannot make changes to your existing order(s). Yet, you can cancel your order provided that you contacted us before your order is handed over to the courier. Even if you are late and your order has already been delivered to you, you have the option to return the item, or receive a cheque with which you can purchase the item you wanted.

  • How long does the delivery take?

    Orders placed before 4 pm are handed over to the courier the same day, and orders received after 4 pm will be handed over to the courier the following day.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    If your order is not handed over to the courier yet, you can easily cancel your order by pressing the "cancel order" button at the "My Account/Orders" section on our website. Even if your item has been handed over to the courier, you still have the option to return your purchase and get a refund.

  • Can I reserve items in the shopping cart?

    No, you cannot reserve items in your shopping cart. This is because we are keen to protect not only your interest, but also the interests of other shoppers. If the purchase phase is not completed, any item or items may be purchased by a different member.

QUESTIONS REGARDING COURIER AND DELIVERY

  • Which courier company are you working with?

    Items you purchase at our Online Shop will be delivered to you by MNG Kargo. International orders will be delivered by DHL Express.

  • What are the shipping rates?

    Shipping is free of charge for orders over TL 250, for your orders of less than TL 250 within Turkey a standard fee of TL 7 is charged.

  • Do you deliver to where I live?

    Our courier company will deliver your Online Shop items to your door wherever you are living in Turkey. For detailed information about international deliveries please use the following link.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once you log in as a member to the Online Shop, just go to the "My Account/Orders" section where you can check the status of your deliveries.

  • Has my item been handed over to the courier?

    Once your item is handed over to the courier, we will send an e-mail to your registered e-mail account which will include a courier tracking reference number. Here you can view the delivery status of your order(s).

  • What do I do if my item is delivered incomplete/wrong/damaged?

    You can ring, during week days between 08.00-17.30 hours, one of our customer representatives on 444 97 42; or download a communication form at www.yargici.com, or directly send a message to info@yargici.com.tr.

QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS

  • How do I return an item I purchased from the Online Shop?

    Provided that your item is not used, you can send it to the address below in 30 days after your purchase using the services of MNG Kargo free of charge. To do so, you also need to fill out and sign the form on your invoice.

    "Click on "My Orders" under your "My Account" section to fill out a return form to let us know about your wish to return your item(s) and explain why you would like to return it. You need to send us this return form along with your item. You don't need to make a payment to MNG Kargo. We will make the payment for you when we receive your item

    However, if you choose another courier company, you will have to pay for the corresponding fee.

  • When do I get refunded for a return?

    After we receive your item(s), we will determine whether your return meets the related criteria for returns. Once we confirm that they meet the criteria, we will start the return process in three business days, and you will be refunded in 10 business days. We will send a message to your registered e-mail address to confirm that refund is made to your account. Once you receive this notification, it usually takes up to 10 business days for the money to go into your account, depending on your banks procedures. Our company has no say on the procedures of your bank.

  • What is a return cheque?
    Remember that item(s) that you want to return must be unused. If so, you may have your refund also in shape of a "return cheque" at your Online Account. You can use this "return cheque" to shop at our Online Shop, or any store, whenever you desire.
  • Are there item(s) that I cannot return?

    For your convenience and due to hygiene considerations, jeweleries such as earrings or our Beachware collection bikini bottoms cannot be returned. Remember that items that are used inappropriately or processed in violation with our washing instructions cannot be returned either.

  • Has my item been handed over to the courier?

    Once your item is handed over to the courier, we will send an e-mail to your registered e-mail account which will include a courier tracking reference number. Here you can view the delivery status of your order(s).

  • Can I return/change item(s) purchased from the Online Shop to your stores?

    Items that are purchased from our retail stores can only be changed/returned at our retail stores.

  • How can I get a Yargıcı Card?

    It is easy to get a Yargıcı Card that will offer you advantages at all Yargıcı retail stores or the Online Shop. Simply fill out the application form which you can get at one of our retail stores. Ring our call center on 444 9742 between 8:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:30 hours during week days for all your inquiries about the Yargıcı Card.

  • How can I use my Yargıcı Card at the Online Shop?

    You can simply add your Yargıcı Card to your Online Shop account by using the password we will send to your mobile phone. Once you have done so, you can begin to earn bonus points from each of your purchases. Your bonus points will be added to your account after your item is handed over to the courier. If you purchase before 16:00 during week days, your bonus points will be added to your Yargıcı Card account on the same day, points for purchases after 16:00 or during the weekend will be added during the first following business day.

  • What are my payment options?

    We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for all international orders.

  • What will the duties and taxes on my order be?

    Please note that product prices do not include duties and taxes. All duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout.

  • Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

    No. When you check out, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in selected currency.

  • How do I return an item?

    YARGICI accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund within 30 days of original purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email shop@yargici.com, which is required to process a return.
    Please Note: Shipping and duties&taxes are not refundable.

  • What are my shipping options?

    We're excited to offer express shipping to our international destinations via DHL Express.
